• Shipping Charges:

Domestic Shipping (Within India): We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
International Shipping: Shipping charges vary based on the destination country and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be calculated by country, region and area code as per the international shipping partner’s quotation.

 

• Delivery Time:

Domestic Orders: Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. For remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, but generally range from 10-20 business days. Please note that customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

• Order Processing:

- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Tracking Your Order:

- After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website’s tracking page or the courier service’s website to monitor your order’s status.

• Customs Duties & Taxes:

- For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

• Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns on most items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items:

- The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: fabric made products (for hygiene reasons), and items marked as "Final Sale."

Damaged or Defective Items:

- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging to assist with your claim.
